Full-Service Real Estate.  Low Commissions!

When shopping for an agent, you have two basic choices:

   1.  A Full-Service agent that typically charges full commission.
   2.  A Limited Service agent that discounts commissions, but also discounts services.

Neither option is the perfect choice.  That's why I've built a reputation for providing the best of both worlds:  100% full-service representation, at about half the typical commission!

You never pay more than 1.5% commission when selling (to Listing Agent).  That's about half the norm.

If you are selling and buying, the commission to sell is further discounted to 1%!  And, there are no commissions or buyer representation costs to you whatsoever!

And again, these discounted commissions come without any discount in services!

My aim is to constantly provide the highest level of service to home sellers & buyers, and to do so at the lowest possible costs!
